Congratulations to 26North Partners on the carve-out of Middleby Corporation’s Residential Kitchen business with a 51% controlling interest in an $885 million joint venture with Middleby for its platform of premium cooking, refrigeration, and outdoor living brands, which includes Viking, AGA Rangemaster, La Cornue, Kamado Joe, Marvel, Novy, U-Line, and Masterbuilt.
