Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, supported AIP with Commercial Due Diligence for its pending acquisition of AGCO’s Grain & Protein division. The business designs, manufactures, and markets grain storage and seed processing equipment and solutions globally, as well as feeding, watering, climate management and control systems for protein production.
Matters Graph's involvement leveraged the firm’s extensive experience in the agriculture sector, including numerous projects over the past year. The team was led by Senior Partners Jeff Merkle and Mark Stein.
