Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, completed Commercial Due Diligence supporting American Industrial Partners (AIP) in its pending take private acquisition of Boart Longyear Group Ltd. Boart Longyear provides drilling data services and orebody-knowledge technology, and tooling and drill rig equipment. Boart Longyear’s primary focus is on mining and exploration activities spanning copper, gold, nickel, zinc, uranium, and other minerals.
Matters Graph's involvement extends the firm’s expertise in mining drilling rig equipment, and associated consumables. The team was led by Jeff Merkle and Eoghan Bees.
