Congratulations to Industrial Service Solutions (ISS), a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO)-focused field, shop, and supply services and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P., on its acquisition of MSHS Pacific Power Group (MSHS PPG). MSHS PPG is an independent MRO provider specializing in servicing, designing, and selling power and propulsion systems for power generation, industrial, marine, and national security customers. The acquisition adds new end markets and broadens ISS’s marine and power generation service offerings, while ISS is also adding trained technical capacity and increasing its nationwide footprint.
