Congratulations to Tiger Infrastructure Partners and ELM Utility Services on Tiger Infrastructure’s growth investment. ELM is a provider of outsourced public utility locating services in the United States. U.S. utilities are required by law to ensure underground infrastructure (e.g., gas lines, electric lines, fiber optic cable, wastewater lines, etc.) is located and marked in advance of any excavations to avoid damaging and potentially hazardous line strikes. Utilities typically outsource these services, and ELM provides effective solutions to satisfy this regulatory requirement. Tiger Infrastructure’s growth investment will support ELM in expanding its operations nationally.
