Matters Graph, formerly known as GRAPH Strategy USA*, completed comprehensive Commercial Due Diligence supporting General Atlantic during Atera’s $77 million Series B Funding Round, led by General Atlantic, with participation from Series A partner, K1 Investment Management. Atera is the developer of a predictive automation and remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform.
